Refund policy

Overview:

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to purchase with confidence, if you are not satisfied with your johnny box you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of use or 30 days if the box is not opened.

We have a 14-day return policy for an opened and used box. This means you may try your new johnny box accessories for 14 days after receiving your box & if you are unsatisfied with the accessories you may request a return and refund.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in close to the same condition that you received it, meaning no major damages, scuffs, scratches or stains.

Unopened boxes have a 30 day after receipt no questions asked return and refund policy.

If an item was received defective or damaged, please let us know and we will ship out a new one right away.

To start a return, please contact us at help@hejohnnybox.com. When your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Product Defects:

Please inspect your the contents of your box upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong accessory, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We ask that you take a picture of the defected, damaged or wrong item.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of the johnny box accessories being used in a bathroom, used accessories may only be returned after 14 days from receiving the box. We cannot guarantee a 100% refund on used accessories after 14 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
If an accessory is found to to be damaged or defected, please contact us via email immediately, include an image of the damaged accessory and after inspection, we will ship you a new accessory ASAP.


Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or image of defected/damaged accessory, and let you know as soon as possible if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancelling:
You may cancel or edit your order within 12 hours of purchase through the website or via email. After that time, you may still email us  and if the order has not shipped out we will be able to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
