Shipping policy

Order Processing &Timing: 
We aspire to and will do our best to ship your order as close to the time it was placed and no later then 48 hours from the time you placed the order. Orders are shipped five days a week, Monday - Friday. For example. if you placed an order on Monday by 2PM, your order will ship no later than Wednesday. Orders made on Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped no later then the following Tuesday

You will be contacted via email when the order is shipped.

Due to Covid-19 orders may take a little longer to be processed.
During the business week, (Monday to Friday) We will do our best to ship out all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Delivery Service:
 At this time, unless there is a special requested circumstance, all orders will be shipped either UPS or USPS ground services. 

Residences:
We ship to both residential and commercial addresses but not to PO Boxes.

Time:
 Orders are being shipped from NY, depending on where you live, the boxes may arrive in 2 - 7 business days.

Tracking:
Once the order is shipped, you should receive an email notification of shipment which will include a tracking number with which you can track your delivery.

Domestic (US) Delivery Ranges & Costs:
At this time,  ground delivery charges are included with the purchase of a johnny box to continental USA. 

International Shipments:
At this point the johnny box does not ship to outside of mainland United States. This will change as the company grows.

Taxes:
Taxes are not included in the cost of the johnny box and will added to the final subtotal at checkout.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, GPay, PayPal, ShopPay.

Please Note:

  • You will receive your johnny box anywhere from 2 - 7 business days (Mon - Fri) from the date the order was placed.
  • Orders placed on Friday 2PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • All shipping dates are pending credit card approval.
